By engaging Arid Plumbing Solutions for plumbing, gas, or related services, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

We provide plumbing, gas, drainage and related services as agreed in our quote or service agreement. Any additional work outside the original scope will require separate approval and may incur additional charges.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on information provided and may be revised if additional work is required.
• We reserve the right to charge for site visits if no service is performed.

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept cash, card or approved bank transfer.
• Late payments may incur interest or recovery fees as permitted under Australian law.

• Clients must provide safe access to work areas.
• Any existing hazards, restrictions or relevant information must be disclosed.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary council or building approvals unless otherwise agreed.

• We provide warranties on workmanship in line with Australian consumer law.
• Manufacturer warranties apply for supplied products or appliances.
• Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect or external factors beyond our control.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to re-performing the work or refunding fees paid for defective work, as permitted under Australian consumer law.
• We carry public liability insurance in accordance with industry standards.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
• Fees may apply for missed appointments or late cancellations.

• Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing services and will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

• We aim to resolve all disputes amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission as appropriate.

By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
